We initiate our comprehensive HIPAA IT Assessment that captures all critical processes, procedures and in-depth details about your existing IT infrastructure.
Our team analyzes the HIPAA IT assessment report and aligns it with HIPAA guidelines to allow us to start designing and customizing services based on our findings.
In this phase, we design secure solutions that are customized for your budget and your business requirement. Our team applies our strategic service model that is customized for your practice. Proof of concept will be presented during this phased approach.
Once we initiate the Business Associate Agreement, our service deliverables are rolled out (onsite or remotely), and configurations are made to your environment. Testing and training your staff will be coordinated once this phase is completed. Ongoing support of your practice will be provided either hourly, or as a flat monthly fee.
